Website and SMS terms

This website is operated by Intertrons LLC. KeeperDesk is a service of Intertrons LLC. Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s information without permission, or submit misleading or harmful content.

Inquiries and service agreements

Submitting a contact form asks Intertrons to respond to your inquiry. It does not create a paid subscription or enroll you in text messages. A separate agreement establishes the scope, pricing, and responsibilities for a KeeperDesk engagement. That agreement governs the purchased service.

KeeperDesk text messages

The KeeperDesk User Notifications program is intended for people who expressly choose to receive operational texts from Intertrons LLC about KeeperDesk tasks, requests, and messages. Message frequency varies with activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply. This program does not send marketing or promotional broadcasts.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. For an active subscription, reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for assistance. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Pre-launch enrollment saves your consent; it does not activate text messages. Messages begin only after the program is approved, your number is verified, and it is linked to your KeeperDesk account. Cancel a pending enrollment with the private link on your receipt or by emailing jason@intertrons.com. Submitting an enrollment does not guarantee that messaging will launch on a particular date.

Delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on KeeperDesk texts for emergencies.

Messages from KeeperDesk customers

A business using KeeperDesk to text its own customers operates a separate messaging program. That business must identify itself and obtain consent for its messages. Its program terms apply; enrollment in its program does not enroll you in KeeperDesk User Notifications.
