Intertrons LLC · KeeperDesk
Privacy policy
Effective October 5, 2026
Intertrons LLC operates this website and provides KeeperDesk. This policy explains how we handle information when you contact us or use our services.
Information we handle
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, and description of your needs. Our website contact form also records the referring page and campaign information when available. Our hosting systems process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
When a business uses KeeperDesk, we process the information needed for its configured services. This can include account and contact details, tasks, requests, messages, documents, and information from systems the business authorizes us to connect. For text messaging, this includes phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and consent and opt-out records.
How we use information
If you enroll for KeeperDesk text notifications before launch, we store your submitted email and mobile number, the time and source of enrollment, the consent wording and version you accepted, and any withdrawal. These records remain pending until account matching and phone verification are complete and the texting program is ready. Your receipt includes a private cancellation link; we store a protected representation of its cancellation credential. We also keep short-lived technical records to limit abusive submissions.
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and support KeeperDesk, carry out authorized workflows, protect our services, troubleshoot problems, and maintain business and compliance records. KeeperDesk may use AI service providers to interpret information and prepare or perform the workflows a business has authorized.
Service providers and sharing
We use providers for hosting, storage, communications, authentication, and AI processing. They receive information needed to perform those services. Information within a customer’s KeeperDesk workspace is available to people and connected services authorized by that customer. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, and safety.
We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Providers that help deliver and operate our text messaging service may process this information on our behalf.
When KeeperDesk serves another business
If you receive communications from a business that uses KeeperDesk, that business is responsible for its customer relationship and messaging program. Its privacy notice and messaging terms also apply. Permission to receive texts from one business does not enroll you in another business’s program.
Cookies and technical storage
Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, and essential site operation. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect sign-in or other features.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some records, including opt-out and consent evidence, may need to be retained after service use ends. To request access, correction, or deletion, email jason@intertrons.com. We may need to verify your identity. For information controlled by a KeeperDesk customer, contact that business; we can help route your request.
SMS participation is optional. Before launch, cancel using the private link on your enrollment receipt or email jason@intertrons.com. For an active texting program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact the sending business. See our KeeperDesk SMS information.
Security and updates
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no system is completely secure. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in website inquiries or text messages.
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about this policy can be sent to jason@intertrons.com.
